We ship domestic packages through USPS, United States Postal Services. We ship international packages through DHL. Customs fees are not covered by Bee Renee Beaute’ and must be paid by the customer if required to pick up the package.
Unfortunately we do not have specific restock dates. You may sign up for restock notifications on the website.

Once your order is placed, please allow 3 business days for processing of your order before it is shipped, even when choosing priority shipping. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to upload in the system.
Domestic shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days. International shipping takes 7-21 business days.

Though we don't offer refunds, you can return any product(s) within 30 days of your purchase in exchange for a store credit to use the next time you shop with us.
